Payment Terms

1. Payments may be made on-line using a credit/debit card or alternatively by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

2. When we receive your initial payment or deposit we will send confirmation of your booking witcourse details including attendance dates (if applicable), instalment or balance payments.

3. An electronic invoice for deposit, balance or instalment payments for your chosen course('s) will be sent to the email address provided. Alternatively an invoice will be sent to your postal address.

4. If you choose the bank transfer payment

method the invoice will contain our bank details to process the transfer.

5. If you choose to pay by cheque please make it payable to Ipswich Skills Centre

6. If you choose the online debit/credit card option for deposit, balance or instalment payments the invoice will contain a secure on-line link to our PayPal merchant account.

7. You do not need a personal PayPal account to complete a secure online credit/debit card transaction.

8. A 2% on-line booking fee applies to selected courses, alternative payment options available.

9. You will receive an online receipt in your email inbox for your payment as confirmation of your booking.

10 Deposit payments will secure bookings when received at least four weeks before commencement of your chosen course.

11. Bookings received within four weeks of advertised course commencement dates will be invoiced for an additional instalment payment or for the balance of full course fees where applicable.

12. All applicable payments to be received as cleared funds before course commencement.

13. Deposits are only refundable in the event of cancellation of scheduled courses by Ipswich Skills Centre or at the discretion of the Centre Manager.

14. A copy of our full terms & conditions together with a course booking form will be sent within 2-days of an on-line or telephone booking.

15. On-line or telephone bookings and payments are subject to 7-day 'cooling off period' in compliance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“the Regulations”).
